16.  Thankful for the tenacity to plow my way through respiratory unrest without defaulting to antibiotics or steroids.  Pregnancy taught me that I could 4 years ago!  Neti Pot Rules!

17.  Thankful for having learned the life skill of moderation somewhere along the way.  And the ability to think of others before myself when I consider ditching what I’ve learned about it!

18.  Grateful for the wisdom of persons who have been on this earth longer than I have — I worked the coffee bar at church today with one of my favorite people, Steve, Gardener Extraordinaire.

19.  Thankful today for the most amazing job on earth — it indulges just about every interest that I have:  human behavior, parenting, pregnancy/birth, criminal minds, the importance of finishing well, and comic relief. And they pay me for this!

20.  Today, I am very thankful for my husband’s hard work in pulling together the home refinancing that we were able to close on today:  a lower payment, and we didn’t have to start all the way back over at 30 years to accomplish it!  Thanks, HH!
